How to send New Year’s Stickers to friends on WhatsApp in 2022?

The years 2020 and 2021 have been years of rollercoaster. It started with the best 2 months of 2020, i.e., January and February but soon in March, the virus knocked the borders of almost every country. The news of vaccines brought hope but was again shattered by the 2nd wave of Covid. And again when the situation was improving, another variant named Omicron is spreading like a wildfire. But let’s hope that the New Year 2022 brings renewed faith, hope and joy in everyone’s lives. It’s not that safe to move out but with the cool stickers on WhatsApp, you can always wish your friends and family a Happy New Year. Facing difficulty in getting New Years’ stickers? Fret not, follow the steps and you will soon get access to hundreds of cool New Year stickers for 2022.

Step 1: Install sticker.ly from the Play Store or App Store.

Go to this post – Download sticker on WhatsApp.

Step 2: Sign in to the Sticker.ly app with your Google Account or Facebook Account

Step 3: At the bottom of the screen, you will find the Search (🔎) icon after you sign in

Step 4: Write ‘New Year’ or ‘Happy New Year’ or ‘New Year 2022’ and you will get a list of cool sticker packs. Select any one and click on the ADD TO WHATSAPP button highlighted in green.

Step 5: A pop up may come asking you again if you want to add stickers. Click on Add to WhatsApp again and the sticker pack will be downloaded soon. Click on ADD. 

Note: The app may ask you permission to access storage. Just click on Allow to give permissions.

Voila! The stickers are now in your WhatsApp sticker section.

Step 6: Now, go to WhatsApp and open any friend’s chat from your contact list to send him/her the stickers.

Step 7: Click on the emoji icon at the bottom-left of the screen & select the stickers option which comes with a folded-paper icon. 

Step 8: Select your Christmas Sticker pack from the top row and you will be able to send New Year stickers to your friend with just a click.
