Herbal tea

Chamomile is an herb that comes from the Asteraceae family. The process of making chamomile tea includes drying the flowers and then infusing hot water. It does not contain caffeine and is sweet to taste. It also has antioxidant properties.

Green tea

Black tea

Black tea has the strongest flavour of all teas, and it is much more oxidised than oolong, green, and white tea. Black tea is made of fermented leaves and has a high amount of caffeine. It is also used to make instant teas.

White tea

White tea is also made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis. But it has a different processing method which gives it a unique fragrance and taste. Despite its name, white tea is actually pale yellow in color.

Oolong tea

Oolong tea is a semi-oxidized tea, originated in China. It is made from partially oxidised leaves of Camellia Sinensis.

Pu-erh tea

Pu-erh tea is traditionally made in the Yunnan Province of China and is obtained from a tree called “wild old tree”. The leaves of this tea are already fermented. Very little is known about Pu-erh tea to date.
